We provide a solution that autonomously generates unit tests to ease the daily work life of developers. This means, we teach machines how to read and understand program code. We are searching for a developer marketing engineer who enhances our team to develop and implement a bottom-up sales model targeted at developers.

Work closely with our developers to get Symflower’s mission heard around the world. The focus area for this position is to scale our inbound requests and conversions.

Your tasks include:

  • Gear the Symflower website towards increased inbound requests.
    • Plan necessary website changes.
    • Work in tandem with our designers.
    • (Optional) Implement website changes.
  • Derive a content marketing strategy targeted at developers.
    • Content creation in the form of blog posts, tutorials and preparation of conference talks in collaboration with our engineering team.
  • Build up a developer community to reach an even bigger audience.
    • Be active in existing developer communities (such as Hacker News and Reddit).
    • (Optional) Give talks at conferences.
  • Implementation of a low-touch sales process.

We offer a full-time job (38.5h/week) with an entry salary starting at EUR 39,200 (accordingly more with relevant qualifications and experience).
